Do I really have something of value to add today?
If I did, would you even want to read it?
Even then, would it be poetic and satisfying enough for me to let it out into the world?
hmmmm......
so I joined the Gym a little over a week ago.... and while I DO feel somewhat better... well I don't feel as much better as I'd hoped.... now before you start telling me about the long process from sloth to health stud..... feeling better by my (current) definition involves getting to that point during a workout where you feel like you're going to die. And then stopping and feeling the endorphins for many hours afterwards....
I must not be pushing myself hard enough.
